Paste content in WYSIWYG editor

After you've prepared your content and you're ready to paste into the WYSIWYG edit window, keep in mind that style and font information often "comes along" with the words.  Your first step after you paste should be to remove those style characteristics.

  1. Copy all the content that you'd like to add to the page.
  2. Click the Paste button.Paste from Word icon A Paste pop-up window appears for you to paste your content, then click OK.

  3. Select all the text.
  4. Click the Remove Format button on the right.Remove formatting icon

Note: You will need to add bold and italics back into your content after you remove formatting.
